This is what we do and WE LOVE IT! Our team is 100% dedicated to each and every couple. We are honoured to Photograph/Film any two people in love – Love is Love. [/accordion][accordion title=”Can we book just Videography or Photography?”] Although we run under the same name, the Photography department and Video department are separately owned which means you can book together or separately without issue. Because our team of photographers and videographers love working together there is always an incentive booking both services. [/accordion][accordion title=”Do you travel outside of Victoria?”] Absolutely. We love to travel. We have captured weddings all over Australia including Sydney, Perth, Hobart, Darwin and Hamilton Island. We also have weddings booked outside of Australia which include Santorini, Moscow and Saint Petersburg. [/accordion][accordion title=”Can we meet you?”] Definitely! We encourage a meet up before the Wedding where we can break the ice and see if we're a good fit.

What is the next step?”] We require $850 to secure Photography & $850 to secure Video. We accept Cash, Cheque or Internet Banking payments [/accordion][accordion title=”Can a drone be used at my wedding?”] Absolutely. Depending on availability, weather conditions and choice of locations our Videographers make the utmost effort to use a drone at your wedding to get those cinematic shots. [/accordion][accordion title=”How many Photographers/Videographers will be attending my wedding?”] Depending on the selected package most weddings will have one professional Videographer with a two camera set up at your ceremony and reception. In regards to Photography, one is usually required but you are able to add a 2nd Photographer if needed. [/accordion][accordion title=”How long does it take to receive our wedding video?”] Turn around is usually 4 – 6 weeks from the wedding date. However, if the music provided by the couple is after the wedding day, the turn around time may vary. [/accordion][accordion title=”How long will our video run for?”] Your wedding Highlights trailer is edited to your favourite song – generally 3 -5 minutes. In regards to your Feature Film, because every wedding is different in size, culture and tradition, there is no specific run time. Smaller weddings can run for up to one hour compared to a large traditional wedding which can run for up to 6 hours. [/accordion][accordion title=”Who picks the music for our wedding video?”] You do. We will provide you with a list of popular song suggestions. By choosing your favourite songs, your wedding video will be customised to your personality and taste). If you are unsure of what to choose you can always leave this up to our professional editors. [/accordion][accordion title=”How is our wedding video delivered?”] Your wedding is delivered on a USB drive. We also upload your wedding highlights trailer online to share. Your wedding highlights will be uploaded on our Youtube, Facebook, and Mediazilla channel which can be viewed and shared world wide with family and friends. [/accordion][accordion title=”How many photos will we receive?”] Every Wedding is different and we offer an unlimited amount of photos taken for the amount of time we are commissioned for (this basically means we do not limit the amount of photos taken). [/accordion][accordion title=”How long does it take to receive our Photos/Album?”] We generally like to post a few highlight photos shortly after the event on Social Media followed by having all of your photos prepared and uploaded to a private online gallery which is password protected around three weeks after your Wedding. For couples who would like a Bespoke Album can expect to have their Album designs started within 3-4 weeks after the Wedding date from which the final Album can be printed and ready to pick up after 5-7 weeks after design approval by you (conditions apply). Alternatively, Albums and prints can be ordered directly by you through your private online gallery/store. [/accordion][accordion title=”What equipment is used to capture my special day?”] For Video we use the latest High definition cameras on your wedding day. We also use external audio recorders at your ceremony and speeches at the reception to get that crystal clear audio for your vows and speeches.
